Sexual health encompasses many conditions, from libido and dysfunction to sexually transmitted diseases and infections (STD/Is).Sexual well being can impact overall health and happiness, making it a very important topic for women.

The two most common sexual health disorders women suffer from are hypoactive sexual desire disorder (HSDD), and female sexual arousal disorder (FSAD), which both reflect a low libido lack of desire for sexual intercourse or activities. Though in the past female sexual dysfunction (FSD) was considered a psychological issue and thus untreatable, recently perspectives have shifted and researchers now recognize physiological aspects that may be treatable.
