DESCRIPTION:Menopause is a significant life stage that will affect approximately 85–87% of the library workforce\, yet it remains under-discussed in professional settings. This online session invites library workers\, leaders\, and allies to engage in an open\, compassionate\, and evidence-informed conversation about menopause and its impact on health\, wellness\, productivity\, and workplace culture in librarianship. \nTogether\, this conversation aims to normalize menopause in the workplace\, highlight gaps in support\, and offer pathways toward more inclusive\, informed\, and humane library environments.
