BHOF Weekly Webinars: Exercise Options for Everyone!

Join the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) in raising awareness about bone health and osteoporosis during Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month in May! Approximately 54 million Americans have low bone density or osteoporosis. This May, the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) will commemorate Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month with bone healthy exercises and information – for all ages – to help achieve better bone health. Join BHOF in creating awareness about helping to prevent osteoporosis and #ExerciseToMaximize your bone health!

The second event is Mindful Movement of All Ages, on Tuesday, May 17 at 12pm ET, with presenters Justine Bernard, PT, DPT and Lisa Grimmer, PT, DPT. This webinar will educate participants on “bone meditation” and include information on how exercise can strengthen bone health. Drs. Justine Bernard and Lisa Grimmer will share valuable insights on how to incorporate GYROKINESIS® and Pilates into your routine.
