SWHR Responds to NIH RFI on NIH-Wide Strategic Plan for Research on the Health of Women

The Society for Women’s Health Research responded to a Request for Information (RFI) from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) soliciting input on topics under consideration for the next strategic plan. SWHR provided perspective on the three identified topics: research opportunities in the previous strategic plan that should be modified to account for recent scientific advances, emerging research needs and opportunities that reflect the changing landscape of the study of the health of women, and cross-cutting scientific themes or research-related themes that should be common to all future strategic goals and objectives.
