The Importance of Women, Diversity, and Inclusion in STEM

SWHR CEO Dr. Amy M. Miller joined an impressive panel of women in the biopharmaceutical industry on Capitol Hill to discuss the new era of medicine and its impact on women’s health, as well as the future of women in science and how we can work together to empower women and girls. The Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), which hosted the congressional briefing, published a guest blog by Dr. Miller about how diversity makes the fields of science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) stronger.
