Virtual Briefing: Maternal Mental Health During the COVID-19 Pandemic

The pandemic is impacting mental health, especially of new mothers and mothers-to-be, with a disproportionate impact on women of color and women living in poverty. At this virtual congressional briefing sponsored by March of Dimes and the Maternal Mental Health Leadership Alliance, speakers will share their experience with maternal mental health, policy recommendations to best support new and pregnant mothers, and tips and techniques for managing stress and anxiety during the pandemic.
