BOHF Weekly Webinars: Exercise Options for Everyone!

Join the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) in raising awareness about bone health and osteoporosis during Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month in May! Approximately 54 million Americans have low bone density or osteoporosis. This May, the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) will commemorate Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month with bone healthy exercises and information – for all ages – to help achieve better bone health. Join BOHF in creating awareness about helping to prevent osteoporosis and #ExerciseToMaximize your bone health!
The third event is Bone Healthy Advice: Exercise, Nutrition, Mindfulness, on Monday, May 23 at 12pm ET, with presenter Penelope Wasserman. Kids and teens need to learn how to maximize their bone health with exercise, nutrition, and mindfulness. The webinar will include exercise demonstrations with the goal of helping to prevent osteoporosis at the critical timeframe in life, and when it will have the greatest impact. This webinar is an excellent resource for parents and grandparents to share with their teens. These simple, fun tutorials can be downloaded onto a cellphone for easy practice anywhere.
