CMS OMH Health Equity Symposium

This is an upcoming Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’s (CMS) Office of Minority Health (OMH) event called the “Health Equity Symposium”. It will discuss how CMS is operationalizing health equity across all its programs including Medicare, Medicaid, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, and the Health Insurance Marketplaces.

During the symposium, CMS OMH will cover HHS and CMS equity plans initiatives, including the importance of data collection, the connection to stakeholder and partner efforts to improve health equity, and additional health equity information and updates from CMS. CMS will post additional information concerning the webinar on the Webinar & Events webpage.
