Join the National Health Council (NHC) for its 2023 Science of Patient Engagement Symposium on May 8, 2023, from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET, the first in-person Symposium since 2019! Taking place at the National Press Club in Washington, DC, the theme for this year is Patient Empowerment in the Digital Health Era, and will focus on digital technologies, the science of patient engagement, and health equity.
Due to recent innovations and uptake in digital health, it is more important than ever to include the patient voice in research. Sessions will explore telehealth and the digital divide, medical device development and technology design, artificial intelligence, and more.
The Science of Patient Engagement Symposium is an annual event where research leaders convene to share their experiences, accomplishments, best practices, and resulting translational impacts on the science of patient engagement.
Attending the Science of Patient Engagement Symposium will enable you:
Who should attend? The Symposium is open to all NHC members working on patient-centered research and engagement activities. Due to limits at the venue, NHC members will be considered for registration first.
