The Mary Horrigan Connors Center for Women’s Health & Gender Biology is pleased to host the 2020 Connors Center Virtual Research Symposium: Stress, Sex, and Gender, which will take place on September 22nd from 2:00pm to 3:30pm. This 90-minute virtual program will feature distinguished keynote speaker Kerry Ressler, MD, PhD, Chief Scientific Officer, Chief of the Center for Excellence in Depression and Anxiety Disorders and the James and Patricia Poitras Chair in Psychiatry at McLean Hospital, and Professor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School. The event will also showcase recent achievements from each of the Center’s primary research programs, including the Connors Center’s new NIH award to establish a Specialized Center for Research Excellence in Sex Differences.
