Essential Health Care Services Related to Anxiety and Mood Disorders in Women: A Workshop

The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine’s Forum on Mental Health and Substance Use Disorders will organize and host a public workshop to identify essential health care services related to anxiety and mood disorders in women. Invited presentations and discussions will be designed to:

• Identify essential health care services related to anxiety and mood disorders in women;
• Define essential health care services related to anxiety and mood disorders in women based on currently available evidence;
• Identify ways to prepare for and prioritize the provision of essential health care services related to anxiety and mood disorders in women;
• Describe health disparities related to anxiety and mood disorders in women.
