The 2023 SBSM Scientific Conference is dedicated to continually expanding the field of behavioral sleep by providing global perspectives on Behavioral Sleep Medicine (BSM). The invited speakers are devoted to the changing reality and the growing body of knowledge related to promoting innovation through science that drives the future of Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
The program includes sessions devoted to the use of behavioral and cognitive approaches across the life span with specific sessions focused on women and sleep across the lifespan, plus a focus on the neurophysiology of sleep and lifestyle environment.
