Join the Bone Health & Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) in raising awareness about bone health and osteoporosis during Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month in May! Approximately 54 million Americans have low bone density or osteoporosis. This May, the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) will commemorate Osteoporosis Awareness and Prevention Month with bone healthy exercises and information – for all ages – to help achieve better bone health. Join BHOF in creating awareness about helping to prevent osteoporosis and #ExerciseToMaximize your bone health!
The first event is Walking/Running for Your Bone Health, on Monday, May 9 at 12pm ET, with presenter Barbara Hannah Grufferman.Physical activity has many benefits to your bone health, muscle strength, and overall health. This webinar will address the importance of walking and/or running for bone health and share updates on BHOF’s Be Bone Strong Team.
