Healthy People, Healthy Hearts: Healthy People 2030 and Cardiovascular Health

Please join this event on Tuesday, December 6 from 2:30 to 3:30 pm ET for the next Healthy People 2030 Webinar Series event. This webinar, Healthy People, Healthy Hearts: Healthy People 2030 and Cardiovascular Health, will focus on cardiovascular disease control and prevention and highlight progress to date on four Healthy People 2030 objectives:
• HDS-02: Reduce coronary heart disease deaths
• HDS-03: Reduce stroke deaths
• NWS-04: Reduce the proportion of children and adolescents with obesity (LHI)
• TU-14: Increase successful quit attempts in adults who smoke
During the webinar, the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services will share details on their efforts to address adolescent obesity and prevent cardiovascular disease.
