SWHR’s 35th Anniversary celebrates From Advocacy to Action: 35 Years of Transforming Women’s Health Research.
Where was women’s health 35 years ago? Where do we want women’s health to be in 35 years? SWHR resides at the intersection of these points in time. In 1990, the Society for Women’s Health Research was founded. Since its founding, SWHR has been the national thought leader dedicated to advancing women’s health and promoting research on sex differences to optimize women’s health across the lifespan.
