Published 10/1/25

The Medicare enrollment process is an essential part of turning 65. But it can be complicated and overwhelming.

The Society for Women’s Health Research and HealthyWomen wanted to simplify this process for women. Savvy and 65: A Woman’s Guide to Understanding Medicare equips women with the knowledge they need to understand and navigate Medicare enrollment.

Chapters of the guide include Medicare 101, Women’s Bone Health, Women’s Heart Health, Women’s Brain Health, and general glossary terms.
