The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR) offered comments to the Proposed Healthy People 2030 Objectives.

The Society expresses support for the objectives around increasing the proportion of pregnant women who receive one dose of the tetanus-diphtheria-acellular pertussis (Tdap) vaccine during pregnancy; reducing the rate of hypertension in pregnancy among delivery hospitalizations; and increasing the proportion of adults who receive the recommended age-appropriate vaccine. Each of these objectives have critical impacts on the health and well-being of women across the lifespan.
