The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR) provided comments to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) on a new proposed rule Improving Performance, Accountability and Responsiveness in the Civil Service, which would allow policy-influencing positions to be moved into Schedule Policy/Career designations.
