The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR) proudly supports Senators Dianne Feinstein (D – CA) and Susan Collins (R– ME) in their efforts to introduce the Personal Care Products Safety Act. The Act will better regulate the cosmetics industry by updating guidelines that have remained unchanged since the 1930s. Women use these products daily, and safer, better-regulated personal care items means healthier women and families. SWHR commends this step towards advancing women’s health and the health of all Americans who use these products.
