The National Academies Forum on Regenerative Medicine and Forum on Temporomandibular Disorders will host a virtual public workshop on October 1 to examine opportunities in regenerative medicine to address health care disparities experienced by women. Topics will consider current gaps in basic science, translational research, and related therapies. Speakers will explore strategies to better understand the underlying biology that would enable development of regenerative medicine therapies for women.
