Menopause is a natural life stage marking the end of an individual’s menstrual cycles and reproductive years. Menopause is a critical window for prevention and care, and can have significant impacts on an individual’s personal and work life.

The Society for Women’s Health Research and The Fuchsia Tent partnered to create theMenopause at Work: From Echo Chamber to Mainstream Practice” project, to advance understanding about this crucial life stage and its impact on the workplace. The project’s core initiative is a workplace survey.

The Menopause 101 Fact Sheet was created as an educational material for the “Menopause at Work” project, sharing more about the menopause transition timeline and common symptoms.
