This free CE webinar creates space to examine how unconscious bias shapes maternity care and offers concrete steps to reduce its impact, particularly for Black birthing individuals.
About the Speaker: Orinthia King, DO, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with a focus on clinical ultrasound and global health. She completed her medical degree at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and residency at Jacobi/Montefiore in the Bronx, followed by an Emergency Ultrasound Fellowship at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. She currently serves as Director of Clinical Ultrasound at a New York Community hospital.
