The Society for Women’s Health Research (SWHR) and HealthyWomen are aiming to close the awareness gap through the release of the resource Savvy and 65: A Woman’s Guide to Understanding Medicare.
During this invitation-only webinar meeting designed specifically for congressional district directors and caseworkers assisting with Medicare enrollment, SWHR and HealthyWomen walked colleagues through this newly-launched resource, which could be a helpful tool to their constituents as part of their Medicare journeys.
The free, easy-to-use Savvy and 65 guide includes important information about Medicare coverage, insurance interactions, caregiver considerations, and a dedicated chapter on items and services related to bone health that are covered under Medicare.
