The onset and duration of the menopause transition (also known as perimenopause) is influenced by many factors, including biology, lifestyle, certain health conditions, and sociocultural determinants of health.

There are treatment options available for almost every symptom associated with menopause. It may take a combination of options to fully address your menopause symptoms.
